Future Wales

Future Wales is our tailored leadership and development programme for ambitious independent production companies based in Wales.

The two-year growth scheme, which we are running in partnership with Creative Wales, began in November 2025. It provides the selected companies with free Pact membership, a series of workshops, access to industry experts and the tools to help grow their businesses domestically and internationally.
