Overview
On Par is a multi–BAFTA Cymru Award–winning production company based in Cardiff, creating distinctive TV, branded, and digital content for broadcasters, brands, and organisations. Our recent collaborations include BBC, S4C, Media Cymru, and Innovate UK, with work spanning documentaries, factual entertainment, and digital-first storytelling.
Founded by Toby Cameron, recipient of the RTS Cymru Breakthrough Award and participant in the BBC Wales New Director Initiative, On Par blends creativity with strategy to produce impactful, audience-led content. Our Innovate UK and Welsh Government–funded R&D has deepened our understanding of how young audiences engage with content across digital platforms — insight that drives every project we develop.
With six full-time staff and a growing network of collaborators, On Par’s mission is to build Wales’ first data-driven production company: one that unites sustainability, creativity, and audience intelligence.
Our ambition is to grow a slate of returnable factual and digital series for UK broadcasters, while expanding our international partnerships and developing scalable, insight-led production models that showcase Welsh creativity to the world.
