Bright Branch Media is a Welsh independent multi-platform production company. We specialise in factual documentaries and digital content for global brands across social media and streaming platforms. We craft timely, timeless and shareable content that resonates on-air via the UK biggest TV channels and across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Founded by Jo Pearce (former BBC Creative Director for Drama and BBC Wales' Digital Commissioner), we are storytellers at heart. Our stories range from 30-second social clips to one-hour documentaries, with each second meticulously crafted and planned to offer escapism for the viewer.
With decades of talent directing experience, we've created large-scale digital campaigns for premium shows including Doctor Who, His Dark Materials and Happy Valley, providing channels with huge reach across their social and marketing assets online and on-air.
We're also thriving in our factual documentary department by producing the spin-off series Doctor Who: Unleashed (BBC Three and iPlayer). Presented by Wales' own Steffan Powell, this series launched and became one of BBC Three's biggest digital shows. Our returning series, Inside Longleat for Channel 5 has also been a big success for the company, and thanks to great audience ratings, we're currently in production on a brand new eight-part series.
