About: HopSkip Studios is a female-led, Belfast based production company. Specialising in producing joyful, empowering and educational content for children, young adults and families. We make content across genres including factual entertainment, entertainment and education. We are never short of ideas and are happy to collaborate.
Established in July 2019 by Kate Finn and Aisling Gallagher who have both written, produced and directed a wide range of films from educational content for BBC Learning to promotional films, animations and linear programmes.
Looking ahead we have big ambitions and are working hard to develop a number of international formats with global partners. The sky is the limit!
