D/deaf & Disabled Writers’ Showcase

The Showcase is the culmination of a year-long mentoring programme led by Debbie Oates and Ben Tagoe as part of TripleC’s prestigious Writers Initiative Programme. It will showcase the work of six D/deaf & disabled writers: Angela Clarke; Laurence Clark; Karen Featherstone; Steph Lacey; Charlie Swinbourne and Mandy Redvers-Rowe.

You will be able to watch six rehearsed readings of 10-minute script extracts from the D/deaf & disabled writers’ spec scripts, performed online by a cast of disabled and non-disabled actors, and to hear from the six writers themselves.
