To ensure a neurodivergent-friendly workplace, expert support can provide essential assistance in creating an environment that is inclusive, accessible and conducive to the success of all individuals.

Training

Training is one of the most effective ways to increase understanding and awareness across your team. Neurodivergence awareness training helps production staff identify and support neurodivergent individuals, create inclusive environments and understand the various traits and support needs that exist.

Consultants: Production & Script

Production consultants with expertise in neurodivergence provide invaluable guidance throughout the production process, ensuring that all aspects - from casting and scriptwriting to post-production - are inclusive and sensitive to neurodivergent needs.

Access Coordinators

Access Coordinators are professionals who can help identify and manage the accessibility needs of neurodivergent cast and crew members. They ensure that any necessary adjustments are made to working conditions, communication methods and workflows to promote inclusivity. 

Wellbeing Facilitators

Wellbeing Facilitators focus on the emotional and mental wellbeing of the entire team. As part of this role, they can support neurodivergent individuals who may face additional stressors.
