This session will explore how productions can deliver equitable hair and makeup services on set at value, while highlighting the tangible benefits for both cast and crew. It will unpack the challenges that have made this a pressing industry conversation and offer practical advice and guidance for producers. The panel will also share realistic, actionable strategies for creating inclusive, respectful and culturally competent hair and makeup departments.
