Pact Appoints Ross Lewis as Head of International and Projects
Pact has today appointed Ross Lewis as its Head of International and Projects.
Ross joins Pact from the Department for Business and Trade (formerly DIT) where he has spent the past seven years as Senior Account Manager for Screen (Film and TV) & Publishing. During that time Ross managed relationships with all key industry associations including Pact and also the BFI, BFC, Film Export UK, Animation UK and UK Screen Alliance. Ross supported companies in the creative sectors to export and invest overseas, identifying and helping them overcome market access barriers. Ross also sits on the UK Global Screen Fund steering board with DCMS and BFI.
At Pact, Ross will be responsible for working with members across the UK to help them develop their export potential, discover global opportunities by addressing any trade barriers such as regulatory or access, and seeking to discover new business opportunities across key territories.
Ross will continue to deliver and manage existing Pact projects as well as identifying and developing new projects to help Pact members to develop robust export strategies. And he will be responsible for building stakeholder relationships across the UK and overseas and representing Pact on key stakeholder advisory boards.
Commenting on his new position, Ross said: “From Mipcom in 2016, through to Realscreen, Austin in 2023, working closely with Pact to deliver successful outputs for UK indies has been one of my career highlights.
“I am passionate about the screen sector and I am excited to join the dynamic Pact team, using my skills to unlock and promote innovative export opportunities for members.”

Ross starts his new position on 11th September.
