TV and film clusters across the UK are delivering growth, bringing significant economic and social benefits to their nations and regions, including highly skilled jobs.

Given the ongoing work to develop clusters, and the Government's ambitions to increase growth and prosperity and to develop a new industrial strategy for the creative industries, this report asks: How does the UK grow TV and film clusters on a sustainable basis?
