SAG-AFTRA Strike and Force Majeure

Equity has asked Pact to request that our members can demonstrate events beyond their control when invoking Force Majeure provisions during the SAG Strike. We are therefore asking that members provide us with information prior to notifying Equity, so we can assist you in determining that the cause for suspension is beyond your control...
