Pact Response to Ofcom's Consultation on Commissioning Codes

We have submitted a comprehensive response to Ofcom's recent consultation on its proposed revised guidance for PSBs on Commissioning Codes of Practice, and would like to thank those members who helped in our response and those who also submitted their own.
