We are still looking for London-based independent production companies who are interested in taking on junior production staff as part of our upskilling initiative for diverse talent, Next Level.
The purpose of the scheme is to help retain diverse talent in the sector and entails indies offering six-month, full-time contracts to people with around six to 18 months’ prior industry experience.
We are looking for the participants to fill the roles of Development Researcher, Researcher, Production Coordinator or Production Assistant/Secretary. They will also receive training through ScreenSkills during their contract period, organised by Pact. The recruitment process will be managed by ThinkBIGGER!.
This is a great opportunity for companies to hire and support emerging diverse talent within a structured Pact programme, which provides wraparound support and training.
