C4 worst culprit for late payments to Indies

Our recent snap poll about late payments from the PSBs has found that Channel 4 are the worst culprits, with the BBC coming in second. Most alarmingly, 43% of respondents said that payment was overdue by between 8 weeks and six months, whilst 23% had been waiting between 6 months and a year, and 10% over a year...
