Bahrain receives very little rain throughout the year. The country has two seasons – an extremely hot summer (April to October) and a mild winter (November to March).
In Bahrain, Ramadan is observed by the majority Muslim population, with some services closed during this period.

Since little to no filming infrastructure exists in Bahrain, all key crew and equipment must be brought in from abroad. Dubai is the closest major film production centre.
