DEI Events & Workshops

We regularly run online events and workshops for leaders of UK-based independent production companies and their employees and freelancers, to help embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across the sector.

Many of our sessions are supported by the BBC and freely open to all production companies (not just Pact members). We run the sessions throughout the year and subjects include Respect at Work: Preventing and Tackling Bullying & Harassment in Production; Understanding Socio Economic Class; Inclusive Leadership: Managing Diverse Teams; Disability Awareness Training; What is Neurodivergence?; and A Practical Guide to Neurodivergence at Work.
