This is an agreement to allow a Company to use material/footage which is owned and controlled by you, the Production Company, and allows the person who wishes to access it to use it within a programme/project. It is a non exclusive licence to use material/content in all media for a fee. A non exclusive licence grants the Licensee the right to use material/content in the manner which you agree with them, but the copyright remains with the owner (i.e. it is exclusively for their use and you can license to other third parties).
