The Pact Production Levy is payable on TV and SVOD commissions as well as films intended for theatrical release, in circumstances where they do not fall under our membership fee structure, which is usually where they are set up through a special purpose vehicle (SPV). The Pact production Levy provides access to all of Pact’s services for the life of the production.
Please note: the Pact Production Levy is payable separately to Pact Membership Fees and only applies in certain circumstances – usually where a production is run through an SPV.
The Production Levy will be charged on the production budget at the following rates, and is payable before services are provided:
