Changing World Productions was started in 2025 by Zoe Heron and Steve Crabtree, two former BBC Executive Producers with decades of hands-on documentary and commissioning experience.

Since its creation Changing World Productions has been making content for national and international broadcasters and platforms including YouTube, BBC Studios, Channel 5, NHK, BBC Sounds and BBC Radio 4. 

Together, Zoe and Steve have demonstrated a proven ability to deliver Specialist Factual content at global scale, across radically different audiences and platforms.  

Our award-winning track record across multiple platforms combined with our in-depth understanding of programme making, delivery requirements, editorial standards and compliance make us uniquely placed in the market.
