Adastra Development was created in 2012 as a successor to the successful Adastra Creative.The company has produced over 600 episodes of broadcast mixed content Children's TV for clients such as the BBC, Milkshake/Paramount and Cartoon Network/Turner. The most well known show is Grandpa in My Pocket which has sold to 118 territories and is a Bafta and multipally nominated brand. Ha Ha Hairies wass Cartoon Network's first live action 'cartoon brought to life which also won and was niminated for Baftas. The latest brodcast show, Mimi's World, still broadcasting on Channel 5 Milkshake is Mimi's World which won the prestigious international Pulcinella prize. In addition the company has run for over 10 years a successful YouTube channel now calle 'Grandpa in My Pocket and Co' featuring 22 mostly British and some European content which is also distributed to other platforms. The company has a large development slate and is always keen to meet potential co-producers, broadcasters, platforms and investors.
