We want the participants of the Pact Indie Scheme and Kickstart (COVID-19) initiative to stay and progress within the industry well beyond their initial placements and training.
That is why we introduced Next Level, which exists to support our alumni to take their next steps in the industry. We provide a range of activities, including helping them to keep connected with each other and with Pact, in case they need advice or support; CV, application and interview preparation support; and a private LinkedIn Community where independent production companies can share opportunities such as job roles and further training schemes. We also occasionally run events and more structured support under the Next Level umbrella.
Our goal is to help our alumni to develop and sustain long-term careers within the screen industry.
