Co-Founder, Creative Zero

Roxy is a sustainability leader with a diverse background spanning music photography, advertising stills production and studio direction. As the co-founder of Creative Zero, she supports businesses in driving positive, holistic change across their operations.

With sustainability experience in multiple creative industries, including events and immersive technology, Roxy is currently focused on the music industry, and film and television, applying cross-sector insights to accelerate sustainable transformation.

Roxy holds a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainable Leadership (2019) and is a Climate Reality Leader (2025) along with additional training in community building and team motivation.

In addition to her industry work, Roxy served as Co-Chair of the Governance Committee for the United Nations’ Entertainment & Culture Climate Accord (ECCA) for 2 years, furthering global collaboration on climate action within the creative sectors. She is also the co-author of The Fuel Project, which advances transport and mobile power decarbonisation in film and television and the project manager for the Music Climate Pact - a commitment agreed by 14 music labels and 14 industry organisations. 

Steve Knight

Power Planning Consultant, Creative Zero

Steve leads Creative Zero’s power planning work stream. Whilst he has the backing of Creative Zero’s sustainability strategy practice, he brings his own expertise to this impact area. He has worked in lighting, power generation and camera equipment rental for all of his career, most recently as Managing Director at Pixipixel, a private equity backed business servicing film, TV drama, commercials and music videos.

At Pixipixel, Steve was an important contributor to the Fuel Project and ensured the company was an early adopter by being the first UK lighting company to move exclusively to certified HVO fuel and launching the first load-carrying hybrid generator to the film and TV market.

Along with a lifetime in film and TV, Steve brings strategic and analytical thinking to productions and the rental sector on the subjects of sustainable lighting, temporary and permanent power solutions, and power planning and monitoring.
