Overview
Following the launch of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority's £10.5 million Production Fund, recently appointed Fund Manager Kristian Smith will join us for a virtual roundatble to share information about the Fund's priorities, processes and practical requirements.
The session will provide insight into the Fund’s investment model, eligibility criteria, application process, and support available for both Greater Manchester-based producers and inward investment productions.
The Fund is open to all genres and is primarily a recoupable equity Fund, typically investing £50,000 to £750,000 per project.
As many of the operational details are still being developed, this is an early opportunity to hear directly from Kristian, formerly of Leopard Pictures and a BBC Commissioning Editor, and to ask questions on this significant new funding opportunity for the screen sector.
