The Independent Review of Creative Scotland is considering the themes identified in the remit agreed between Culture Secretary, Angus Robertson and Review Chair, Angela Leitch CBE. It will explore Creative Scotland's:
- purpose and functions
- structure and performance
- governance and leadership
- finances and distribution of funds
- collaboration, relationships and partnerships
The full remit of the Review is available on the Scottish Government website.
Pact CEO, John McVay OBE and Head of Nations & Regions, Chris Curley recently met with Screen Scotland. We have formally shared our concerns with Creative Scotland and the Scottish Government about its funding legal and business affairs resources and funding terms and conditions, based on Pact members' feedback, and are awaiting a response.
This roundtable is another opportunity for Pact members to share their views with Creative Scotland and to help inform the Independent Review.
Spaces are limited. The deadline to register is 5:00pm on Monday 11th August.
After you have registered, you will receive (not immediately, but before Monday 18th August) a link to join the virtual roundtable via email.
