Creative Cities Convention 2026

The Creative Cities Convention heads to Liverpool in 2026 for two days of exploring how collaboration across the creative industries can spark new opportunities, champion cultural convergence and bridge divides.

Event
Overview

The Creative Cities Convention (CCC) - the only event dedicated to professionals making film, TV and digital content outside London - will host its eighth annual gathering in Liverpool from Wednesday 6th to Thursday 7th May 2026, bringing the UK’s leading screen-sector conference to one of the country’s most dynamic creative cities.

This year’s theme, Where TV Meets Digital, will explore how new forms of cross-platform storytelling and emerging technologies are shaping the future of the UK’s screen industries.

The convention will shine a spotlight on the creative strengths of the wider North West region, from world-class TV and film production to cutting-edge digital, gaming and immersive content.

The agenda will include panel sessions, keynotes, screenings, commissioner meetings and networking opportunities.

Super Earlybird tickets are available for £200 until Monday 5th January.

Further information on speakers and programme details for CCC 2026 will be announced soon on the Creative Cities Convention website
