As well as managing the M&A transactions undertaken by Banijay in the UK, Jacquie is part of the Senior Leadership Team at Banijay.
Prior to Banijay, Jacquie was the Global GC at Fremantle and Commercial Director at Fremantle UK for a period that overlapped her GC role, having also worked at NBCU and Viacom.
Jacquie has been working in the media sector, both in the UK and USA for over 25 years, specialising as a business and legal affairs advisor in TV production and distribution, including advising and overseeing significant M&A transactions.
Jacquie is also a Trustee and Deputy Chair on a charity that provides support to families and young children.
