Rebecca is instrumental in the planning and organisation of many DEI team projects and report writing, and is specifically responsible for all aspects of the Pact Indie Scheme.
Rebecca first joined Pact in November 2022 on a freelance basis and officially joined the team in 2024. She started her career in retail management then found her passion for HR. Before becoming self-employed, she worked for Safeways, Debenhams and Dixons Stores Group before becoming Head of HR for United Co-operatives Healthcare Group.
