Adam runs the Membership Department with a 360 focus on the acquisition, progression and retention of members.
He prides himself on excellent member service and plays a key role in the running, maintenance and modification of Pact’s CRM member database, website and integrations. He also works closely with colleagues in the Accounts department.
Adam joined Pact in June 2016. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of different roles from Sales through to his most recent role before Pact, which was in Communications and Campaign Management. Along with his experience in membership, sales and communications, Adam graduated with a BSc Hons in ICT and Business Information Systems at Middlesex University.
Away from work Adam is very much a family man and enjoys time with family and getting away, when possible, with his wife and two boys. His hobbies include going to the gym, football and boxing. He currently holds an Arsenal season ticket so that he can support his team at home games.
