Production Form
If you are engaging artists for a film or television production, under the terms of the Pact / Equity agreements, you are required to complete the Production Form.
This should be emailed back to us in addition to the letter of financial guarantee from the commissioning broadcaster or in the absence of such, escrow being lodged with Pact.
Please make sure that you save a copy before emailing it to us.
