This contract is for the engagement of musicians who are required to perform with a musical instrument in sound and or vision with such terms being in accordance with the Pact/MU Agreement.

Production and Rights. Directors UK. This document sets out the new DUK re-charges for all genres and apply to all commissions from 1st October 2012. Appendix A to this note includes for information purposes details of the 2004 agreement which took effect for all commissions in January 2005. Appendix B sets out the DUK charge increase which was effective on all commissions from 1st September 2011.
