Advice

Our in-house Legal and Business Affairs team are on hand via email, telephone or one-to-one meetings to provide advice on anything from option licensing, copyright and insurance issues, music rights queries and understanding artists contracts.  We are also able to help resolve disputes between members and third parties if required.

Our suite of downloadable contracts is again free to members and essential for anyone currently producing in the UK; covering topics such as contributors, location agreements, consent forms and music Licensing.  These templates are updated and fit for purpose, and can be tailored to suit your requirements, with a little help from us if you need it.

Our Document Library also provides a range of downloadable information such as Term of Trade documents and broadcaster and union agreements, plus a whole host of  guidance notes covering topics such as holiday pay and age discrimination to name but a few.
