Pact is currently campaigning on a range of issues affecting TV producers. One of key areas is Terms of Trade: we are lobbying to maintain and develop appropriate Terms of Trade between broadcasters and producers for the digital era. We have also recently put forward our position on the BBC's Project Canvas, an on-demand and internet service for TVs:
Our submission on BBC Worldwide to the House of Commons argued that the first-look deal between BBC in-house production and BBC Worldwide failed to guarantee maximum returns for the licence fee payer.
