What Information is collected?

Personally identifiable information: Personally identifiable information ("PII") is information that identifies you or could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address and Users’ Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). If you are required to register, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII, when you register with us. Providing us with information about yourself is voluntary, and you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of or participate in many of the Website's features.

Non-personally identifiable information: When your computer contacts our web servers (for example, when you visit this Website, view an HTML e-mail, or download an interactive desktop from the website), our web servers automatically collect website usage information and your IP address which is automatically logged by our web server. IP addresses are used to observe users interest in this website (i.e. number of visits). Website usage information is information that describes how our visitors use and navigate our Website. Whereby Pact uses a third party to deal with advertisement to our Website, the advertiser may use cookies to tract the number of users responding to the campaign. Pact does not have access or control of cookies placed by third parties.

Cookies

Use of cookies: Like most websites, this website sometimes makes use of browser "cookies." Cookies are pieces of information that a website either transfer to your computer's hard drive or stores temporarily in your computer's memory for record-keeping purposes. It is saved to your computer and used to track user navigation around a website.  Pact uses Google Analytics which provides general information on traffic data without identifying users, so cookies are not used for the purposes of analysing data.

Types of cookies used: Pact's use of cookies is restricted to strictly necessary cookies, cookies used for performance and cookies used for functionality. Pact does not use cookies for advertising.

Pact may disclose non-identifying, aggregated user statistics to third parties for a variety of purposes, including describing Pact's services to prospective partners and other third parties.

Please be aware that when you are navigating our website or viewing an e-mail or other content provided by Pact, you may have the opportunity to click on links that take you outside Pact's service to other websites or online content that are beyond Pact's control. For example, you may encounter links to webmaster program participant sites, or links from sponsors or partners, which may include Pact’s logo as part of a co-branding arrangement.
