Valerie joined Pact in October  2011 to provide legal advice to Pact members and staff.

She worked previously as a lawyer at Fremantle Media and Nickelodeon.  During her time at Fremantle, Valerie supported the EMEA sales team and worked on a range of distribution, licensing, merchandising and home entertainment deals.  At Nickelodeon, Valerie worked on a range of production and music related issues.  Prior to qualifying at City law firm, Beachcrofts, she worked at independent record company Kickin Music and Nelvana’s Toronto office.

She joins Pact having gained experience in both transactional and contentious work.  She completed her law degree (LLB.Hons specialising in Taxation and Jurisprudence) at University of Glasgow and CPE/GDL and LPC at University of Westminster.
