Job title:PA to CEO and Human Resources Officer
Summary:Emma organises diaries, including arranging meetings and attendance at conferences, festivals and events. She also implements and monitors HR policies and procedures.
Emma has been employed as PA to the Chief Executive at Pact since 2003. During this time, she has assumed the additional roles of office manager and HR officer.
On a daily basis, she manages John McVay’s diary and attendance at conferences and events, administers the Pact Council and PBAC meetings, looks after recruitment and HR issues within Pact, manages internal events and generally co-ordinates the office.
Emma has over 12 years PA experience and a CIPD certificate in personnel practice. Since having a son in 2008, Emma works three days a week at Pact on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
