Pact Staff:
John McVay - Chief Executive
John oversees all policy matters within Pact and works closely with Pact council and all senior executives to ensure all members' interests are fairly represented. John also leads on all union negotiations.
Joyce Adeluwoye-Adams - Head of Diversity
Joyce is Pact's diversity adviser, providing advice to independent production companies on developing their approach to diversity.
Rebecca Carey - Financial Director and Company Secretary
Rebecca Carey is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pact's finance department.
Emily Davidson - Head of Policy
Emily leads the formation, development and articulation of Pact’s policies on issues such as television; children’s and animation; nations and regions; exports; diversity and interactive media.
Anish Khanderia - Accounts & Membership Executive
Anish is responsible for processing membership applications, renewals, cinema levy, bank reconciliations and manages Pact's Escrows. He also assists in the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
Barry Kimm - Head of Production Services
Barry Kimm negotiates with unions and offers advice to members on the interpretation of the agreements and other employment related matters when working on productions.
Dawn McCarthy-Simpson - Director of Market Development
Dawn McCarthy-Simpson is responsible for the strategic business and policy development for Pact members. Dawn leads on issues relating to out of London producers, as well as markets and business development.
Amanda Russell - Head of Legal Affairs
Amanda offers advice and guidance to members on legal and business affairs issues as well as representing Pact members' legal interests to government and third party policy makers.
Nigel Watts - Head of Communications
Nigel is responsible for Pact's internal and external communications
Emma Woodward - PA to CEO and Human Resources Officer
Emma organises diaries, including arranging meetings and attendance at conferences, festivals and events. She also implements and monitors HR policies and procedures.
