Gwenda began her career in television in the media team of law firm Reed Smith, before joining BBC Wales as Senior Legal and Business Affairs Manager. Other roles have included Commercial Director and Legal Counsel for the Flame Media Group, freelance consultant for Wiggin, Lawyers on Demand and the Welsh language broadcaster, S4C.

Gwenda joined Cardiff Productions as COO in November 2020 and continues to advise indies on television production and business affairs. Gwenda is based in Cardiff and speaks fluent French and Welsh.
