Green Paper due in March

We understand that the DCMS Green Paper on the new Communications Bill - which was due to be published this month - has been delayed until March. Pact will continue to monitor developments as they unfold and will provide a summary of the key proposals in the Green Paper to Pact members as soon as possible.
