Financial Governance

Pact has a separate Finance Committee that is made up of volunteers from member organisations who review the budgets, business plans and accounts of Pact on a quarterly basis and report back to Council, to provide added assurance on the financial position of the company.
 
Pact is audited on an annual basis by an independent firm of accountants and as well as preparing the statutory account, the auditor’s report to the Finance Committee on their findings at the November meeting of the Finance Committee.  Pact directors are also invited to this meeting in order to sign the annual accounts. 


The statutory accounts are then presented to council and all members at the annual AGM each year in December.

Rebecca Carey Finance Director & Company Secretary

Rebecca oversees Pact's Finance and Membership department, including overseeing Pact's IT and website infrastructure. She is also Pact's Company Secretary.
