Diversity

Pact has launched a voluntary pledge for Pact members that will express their commitment to diversity. The pledge is supported by a diversity toolkit that will help every Pact member fulfill the commitments in the pledge with practical advice such as contacts and best practice examples (click on the link at the bottom of this page to view the pledge and toolkit).

Pact's other diversity-related policies including supporting the creation of dedicated diversity executives wherever possible who have real editorial respect and influence.

Pact members have also made a financial contribution to diversity through the Indie Training Fund, which supports business development consultants for producers from minority groups, as well as through providing half the costs for the diversity researcher scheme run by Channel 4.
